Easter, Zoo and Seven years

So I have not posted for a few weeks. We celebrated Easter and then last Saturday we took Maci to Hogle Zoo with her cousins Kinley, Dylan, Aniston and Reece for Dylan's 7th birthday. The zoo was a little depressing there were NO Zebras, Bears, or Lions. The animals that they did have were sleeping pretty much the whole time (BUMMER) and there were so many people there so it was crowded. Then after the zoo me and Trace went into SLC to spend the night for our 7 year anniversary. I of course did a great job at NOT taking any pictures (still mad at myself) Traces mom and dad took Maci for us that night. Trace and I went to the Hyatt Palace by the Energy Solutions Arena got a hotel room and then went to the ESA to buy Jazz tickets for the game that night. We found a nice female scalper and got two tickets!! Now if you watched the game you saw that it was a GREAT game! Me and Trace ate pizza and had big ice cream that we could have shared but hey I ate all of mine and Trace just couldn't finish his (woos). Then we went back to our hotel and went to bed! Sunday April 22nd was our 7 year anniversary. Which was spent staining the rest of our new fence (SO FUN). Well until my next post!

I have noticed that sometime Maci gets so tired that she falls asleep while she eats and sometime will wake up and think she is still at her highchair eating so she takes her hand and food that she "thinks" is there and continues to put the food up to her mouth and chew. (mind you there is nothing there because we have moved her from her highchair) This just cracks me up! I love this girl she is a hoot!

Vaseline

My mom sent me this picture of Maci which read " This is what I look like with Vaseline in my hair." I called my mom (I was at work) she said that Maci was in her bathroom and being a little too quite and when she walked in to see what she was doing she had her hand fist deep in the tub of Vaseline and was rubbing it on her clothes, her neck and in her hair. So my mom snapped this photo before she had to wash her twice as well as her clothes. Then when I picked her up her hair was soooo greasy that I got her in the tub again and scrubbed her hair. This morning still greasy.. Oh well I LOVE this girl anyways!

CRUSING!!!

Yes that is right we went on a cruise.... We had a blast and we will be planning another one! There were 20 of us total and 8 of the people that came have never been on a cruise before and they all loved it and want to go again. I have been a horrible blog updater and haven't even been good at taking picture of Maci either she is getting sooo big and is a busy little girl. She walks every where now and says things like dadda, momma, papa, uh oh, nana (banana) and makes some of the funniest faces and oh my heck she is funny!!
